Seahawks season a Huge disappointment, change is coming.

So , in his first season Coach Tees team had a goal, to improve their record from the season before of 5 -11 .They started that season off well , but ended horribly to not improve at all with a 5-11 season. This year they had believed they would really turn it around this time.  While they have cut down on their turnovers in the last few weeks dramatically, they continue to lose alot of close games . Right now they sit at 2-8 , of those 8 loses , 6 have been by less than a td to tie or win . The loses range from 7, 4, 3, 1, 5, and 3 . Coach Tee said " We have got to find a way to win these close games. One possesion with a different ourtcome by our offense and we win each one of them . That was our problem my first year here, and it seems it still is . We must find a way to turn this around . We are close in most all our games , but we continue to fall just short when the clock hits 00:00 . We have alot of draft picks this offseason, we hope to inject some ne blood into this team and hopefully a better mindset in our locker room and change some attitudes we have . Maybe I will have to go back in the offseason and look over my offensive playbook and make some changes there to help out our players according to their skill sets." Even with Wilson , on track to have a better QBR this season than he did the first two , its still not good. He will definitley have less Ints this year and more TD  passes than last year, however, much needs to improve still. "Our offense stalls out too often ,partially due to my bad passes, but sometimes it seems we just cant get that push we need to continue a drive. We really need to convert more on 3rd down plays , and not be facing 3rd n longs, which honestly we dont face much . We feel like we are right on the cusp of turning our seasons into something positive.It will take us all to do that though , but we trust one another that we can do it " says Wilson . One thing is for sure , the fans in Seattle are very upset with this team , as are the coaches and players with themselves.  This season ,while basically over for the Seahawks and no hope of making playoffs, they still continue to fight every single game as hard as they can, in hopes of either causing a big upset, possibly knocking someone else out of the playoffs, or if nothing more, building alittle confidence to head into the next season. One thing is for sure, Seattle may be down , but dont ever count them out .
