Seattle finally gets a win again

In week 15, the Seattle Seahawks hosted their divisional rival the 49ers. Its been a rough season thus far for the Seahawks , with a 4-9 start , and losing their last 4 games they knew they needed something to boost their spirits. Tyrod Taylor has been starting the last 3 weeks , as Coach Tee is looking to their future trying to get him some experience on the field , in a season already lost . The game started off slow with no score in the first quarter. Then the 49ers gathered up a nice drive, but stalled out on the 20 , so they settled for a FG. Then on the following possesion , HB Chrisine Michael fumbles the ball on a run on about the 20 yard line and the 49ers picked it up and returned it for a TD . Making it 10 - 0.At this point , things are looking bad for a team on a losing streak . However on the next drive, on the second play , Tyrod hit Chris Matthews on an out route , and he juked off a defender and ran it in for 80 yards to give Seattle a slight boost . Then the 49ers got the ball , but was forced to punt. The following possesion the Seahawks had to do the same, except they pinned the ball within the 4 yard line. As Kapernick dropped back to pass, Asanti Samuel hits him on a sack and causes a fumble, which the 49ers recoverd but is tackled in the endzone for a safety , making the score 10-9 and things were looking up . With time under the 2 minute warning, the Seahawks looked to put a few more points on the board before the half.They got down to the 5 yard line but had to stop the clock with their last time out with 3 seconds left and had to settle for a FG making it 10-12 at half. The Seahawks get the ball after the half , Seattle cant get going ,and has to punt.  The 49ers drive down , but get stopped on about the 25 and had to kick a FG to make it 13-12 . The Seahawks stall drive down and match with a FG to make it 13-15 . Just as the start of the 4th quarter hits, the 49ers get to about the 30 and get stopped, and have to attempt a fg, Only this one is missed , with 8 mph winds, it just hits the left upright and bounces onto the endzone. The Seahawks make a nice drive down the field on this opportunity , and as Tyrod notices that Harvin is lined up on the outside and the CB covering him seems to be inbetween Harvin and Mattthews, the audibles Harvin to a streak, and connects with thim for a TD, to put them up 13-22 . At this point the Seattle D just needs to step up, and being at home, with the crowd behind them, that is exactly what they did , as Byron  Maxwell picks off Kapernicks pass, to seal the deal for the Seahawks . " It was a good confidence boost for our team , to come out here and get this win over a good team, and division rival. Especially after the way our season has been going . When we went down 3 in the second quarter and the fumlbed the ball for a td , things looked bad for us, just a reminder of how our season has gone thus far mostly. I was glad to see our guys not let that stop their determination to get back out there and really go at it . I like to see that drive in our players , no matter how the season has gone. We just need to keep our focus as we finish out this season , and end it on a 3 game win streak would be really nice, However we face some really tough opponents in our last two weeks, we will strive to get our mojo back before this season ends. I have went thru my offensive playbook and took out some things and aadded some plays that we hope will help get our offense moving again."  The Seahawks while looking to the future season , they are still trying hard to finish this one on a positive note.
