A stellar defensive performance sees the Hawks through in final preseason game. Bobby Wagner, Shaquem Griffin and TJ Green all racked up 6 tackles each. Green seems to be fitting into his new SS position, as he was given the start. He took full advantage of his early time on the field with a first drive interception on Derek Carr. The team recoded 7 tackles for loss which really boosted them, critical tackles on Marshawn Lynch resulted in him finishing with -2 yards rushing, including a goal line stand tackle made by DT Jarran Reed. After Coach Who Cares’ rough start to his tenure in Seattle, he rebounded with back to back wins. Mostly due to the fact only one TD has been scored on the Seahawks in those two games. The Seahawks O-Line also known as the Swiss Cheese of the league, yet to have a game without giving up multiple sacks. After a quick Twitter check, the 12s don’t seem to be happy about it. We can only hope Russ stay healthy all season while under relentless pressure, most likely he will lead the league in fumbles. Who Cares finished his post game presser with this to say, “If we can take this momentum into the first half of our season and pull out some wins, I’ll be ecstatic. But we will be scouring free agency for a freaking RT. Holy crap how bad was Ifedi this preseason?! Great draft pick Petey boy.”
