After 7 Weeks the divisional races are starting to heat up.The Bears have a ,not so surprising, 2 game lead over the rest of the NFC North , only losing 1 game out of the first 7.The Eagles hold a 1 game lead over the Giants who are tight on their heels and the Cowboys only 1 game behind the Giants, the East will be one to watch that comes down to the end of the season normally. Meanwhile in the West the Seahawks hold a 1 game lead over the 49ers, also only losing 1 game out of their first 7.In the South , the Buccs hold a 1 game lead over the Falcons, also having only lost 1 game so far this season.Meanwhile the 3rd and 4th place in the south both only have 3 losses, making this a very tight division as well in the NFC.More than likely , it too wont be decided until the end of the season.
In the AFC ,The Jags hold a 1 game lead over the Texans. While the rest of the division is falling well behind already. The AFC West is a very tight race, with the Cheifs leading the way , with only 2 losses, and the rest are right on their heels each team one lose back from the other. In the AFC North the Bengals and the Browns are tied with two losses a piece, while the rest of the division is suffering from 5 losses. The Dolphins and Patriots are tied with 3 losses each, and the Bills have only lost 4 and the Jets 5.
Overall a few tight divisions, anda few with some already running away from the pack as well. Typical stuff for the most part, not a ton of surprises. How will each division play out? Only time will tell. How much impact will that have on the offseason is always exciting to see.
