The season is over

Dolphins lose to the Patriots 22-14 to end the season. The Pats may have been losing at halftime, but thankfully, Tom Brady stepped it up in the second half. He had some inaccurate throws throughout the game, but he was able to do just enough down the stretch. He connected on a couple of nice passes, including the touchdown to wideout Julian Edelman. For the most part  the Patriots offensive line was excellent in pass protection. Trent Brown did give up multiple pressures but outside of that the offensive line was able to give Tom Brady plenty of time to operate in the pocket. The run game for both teams was non existent with either team carrying the ball more than half a dozen times. Tyree Jackson had a tough outting and was seeing ghosts all game committing 3 turnovers including 1 late in the game to seal it. Pats defensive line had an impressive day against Miami’s offensive tackles, consistently causing mayhem for Tyree Jackson in the passing game. As a unit however Patriots defense didn’t play up to the standard they have set for themselves this year allowing too many big plays and missing too many tackles. Players of the game WR Julian Edelman 5 rec for 67 yards and a score. FS Jones 7 tackles 1 sack 1 FF.
