Sadly the Redskins thought they were prepared and ready to escort Kirk Cousins back to his home town for the win and advance to the divisional rounds. Well, they went they saw and they did not conquer. The Detroit Lions were able to put them down in a no contest battle with the score of 31 to 9. Cousins offensive lineman had blinders on as they allowed their QB to get sacked a total of 6 times. 

Now we look forward to see if the  Redskins will be signing Cousins to that long term deal.
