Week 8 

 

In a game that many thought would expose the bears as losers. The bears fought for their live and won a close game 23-20 against the cowboys. Game managing Bortles moved the sticks when need and Cohens domination of the NFL came to a close this week. The defence continues its strong showing with another 4 turnovers

 

It was not a game of offence this week as Bortles and Cohen combined for 160 yards and 2 tds. Dallas front seven hit hard and ran fast, the bears had a tough time moving the ball. It would be in the Bears best interest to start scouting QBs this offseason or possibly try and secure a trade. 

 

Defence was the name of the game again this week. Forcing 4 turnovers and sacking the QB 3 times. Smith lead the team with 9 tackles while Mack followed with 6 tackles, a FF and an int. Amos continues his interception streak at 6 games now.

 

Next week brings the lions to town and this will be the bears toughest game to date this season. The bears will have to strike fast and rely on their defence to win next week.
