Washington Signs Free Agents, Drops Left Guard

by Trey187 | 8 years ago | 0 Comments

The Washington Redskins have signed HB CJ Spiller last night in hopes of building him up to be a good fit for their west coast type of offense. CJ Spiller was a unanimous All-American and spent his time playing college ball at Clemson University.

Another player, LG Shawn Lauvao, was released into free agency. He was drafted in the third round of the 2010 NFL Draft, and spent his college years playing at Arizona St.

A very good move with playoffs around the corner in order to develop Spilled and get him devolved  to fit in with the scheme next season.
