at playing a high level even at 44 yrs old.
As Draft day approches the bucs look to address their defense who finished deas last. Gm Sams says that defense and speed will be the biggest direction for this team.

Week 17 ended in a close game against the Texans. 26-18 the defense was incredible and the offense was stagnant. Arrieta was steller in his rookie year throwing for 4000 yards and 30 TDs. Josh Jacobs returned to form rushing for 1400 yards and 14 TDs. Although the defense was terrible in the beginning, they picked in up in the second half of the season. In a 27-13 win vs the saints. The Bucs defense came through and forced 3 turnovers. Now at 5-8 in a week Nfc the Bucs are looking to make a playoff push.

After their 2nd win in 3 weeks Tampa Bay is looking to put the rest of the falling pieces together by trying to string together wins at the second half of the season. With Josh Jacobs picking up the pace and Arrieta keeping the ball safe, even if this season is a faliure with excess draft capital and cap room the future is looking bright in Tampa.
