Offseason Preview
After a lengthy vacation Coach Allen has returned to the office.
Firstly, I want to thank CB Richard Sherman for his service to the team. I have had the pleasure of being your coach for the last 3 years and in that time, he’s been nothing short of a leader! Enjoy retirement Sir!
Next Up I want to congratulate some award winners.
- First up let’s give a round of applause for AFC Offensive Rookie of The Year QB Micale Cunningham.
- Secondly let’s give a round of applause for SS Jammie Robinson and MLB Drew White for finishing 3rd and 9th respectively in the race for AFC Defensive Rookie of The Year.
- Lastly big round of Applause for SS Marcus Maye for finishing 10th in the AFC Defensive Player of the Year rankings.
Next up is the resigning period. The Jets had 25 players entering their last season as the season started. Now that the season has finished I happy to announce that 11 of those players will be returning the team in hopes winning the Super Bowl as a New York Jet. Best wishes to those that decided not to renew their contracts with the team.
