Hey, we are in week 15 of season 3 and just had a couple spots open up for someone to take over the Raiders and Packers.

Raiders are 6-8 but just one game out of the division lead with only 2 games to go. If someone was able to run the table, they could sneak into the playoffs.

Packers are 6-8 and out of the playoff hunt but will have a decent draft pick to help the right person rebuild a legendary franchise.
