The Seahawks came off a playoff loss to the Packers where they felt like they had no weapons outside of Tyler Lockett.
In the off-season they changed that with a trade for Christian McCaffrey. They sought to utilize him heavily. Although, he was mostly a decoy in the passing game opening up other teammates. He never hit his Xfactor in season.
He wasn't enough for Lofa Tatupu, 1st time coach of the year. Lofa made an in season trade to get Calvin Ridley opposite of Tyler Lockett. Things suddenly became much easier for Russell Wilson to navigate the offense.
Rookie LB Divinity Jr had a solid campaign to anchor a defense that only had Ed Oliver seemingly. Getting a dev upgrade in back to back weeks really help bolster his moral and steamroll the DROTY award race.
The back end of Seattle's defense was a weakness throughout the season, but Ed Oliver hid a lot of that when teams were forced to pass.
Russell's offense, and Oliver's defense led the team to a 14-2 record only losing to TB and WAS.
Heading into season 5 it is of the up most importance to Lofa to develop some DBs, and possibly find the future at QB. We can expect a high powered offense implementing more play action this season, and a defense looking to make teams one dimensional.

Bills Season recap

While this was the best season for the Bills, we still fell short of our goal to make the playoffs. Now in season 4 of ppls the Bill's finished with their best record of 8-8. With DJ Moore getting a dev boost and now having abilities to beat corners, the Bills are shaping up to give it another run at the AFC East. The vaunted post routes by DJ Chark still haunt Bills safties and CB. In a recent interview with Superstar Grant Delpit he told Bills beat writer "I'm shutting that shit down this upcoming season. I'm tired of the same bullshit plays beating us. We must win the Division this season." The owner of the Bills Robby said "if we dont make the playoffs this year we really need to evaluate what we are doing here, do we deserve to be in PPLS or should we look at joing a CFL league."

Lions recap:
Arguably the worst roster in the league and starting 3-4, we manage to win 8 straight games in a row led by Justin Herber and Quez Watkins on offense with Chris Coughlin and Shaq Quaterman leading the defense. After getting embarrassed by the Buccs, they look to have a better and stronger season. Lions were without a doubt a team that surpassed everyone’s expeditions without having a major playmaker on the offensive side of the football.  Let’s see how they do in year 5
with higher expectations

We welcomed in former coach of the Chiefs, B. Ooty to take over the reigns of the Atlanta Falcons and he proceeded to lead them to a 4-3 record in his first sample of games. an 8-8 season isn't bad for a team that changed an entire staff over night but we know that they did not live up to their potential. Losing to the 15-1 Steelers by only 6 points really showed we had what it takes to be a contender in this league but our problem is the lack of protection of the ball. Arguably his best season this cycle, Carson Wentz "only" turned the ball over 16 times, down from 34 the previous season, but that is still entirely too much. Our run game isn't where it needs to be as we only average 4.5 yards a carry with only a dozen or so TDs on the ground. Implementing a ground and pound offense doesn't happen over night but we can improve every day! Our defense remained aggressive as we had the 5th best passing defense and around the 14th best in all other major stats. We would still like to improve in the man-aspect but with a lack of chemistry when it comes to the rush, players can only play off instinct, not schematics.

All in all, we have had some positive  feedback from fans and as a staff we will look to heighten our senses when it comes to our play and continue to shake up the league with innovative schemes

Bears recap:
This was an interesting year for the Bears. Lots of ups and downs. The defense played very well with the additions of Devin White and Veteran Dlineman Cam Jordan. White paired with Deion Jones has formed one of the best lb duos in the lg, and vet pass rushers Von Miller and Cam Jordan combined for almost 40 sacks! The team acquired young star CB Thurman Mayes towards the end of the year, and he brought a star presence to secondary. The team played it best ball the 2nd half of the season and made the playoffs. Unfortunately,  the Packers were able to make some keys plays to seal the victory 20-17. On offense reek and Trubisky both earn a development bump to SS and will come into the new yr with abilities.  Mitch has no excuse to not dominate this year with 3 SS wrs and SS HB Ronald Jones all at his disposal. The team is getting very old and it feels like the next season will be the one to get GM Illwizzil a superbowl run

What a great season for the Oakland Raiders.  Our goal was to make the playoffs and we did exactly that.  Our roster is one of the most underrated rosters in the league, but we felt that with our chemistry and young talent, we could still make noise this season and we did.  Matt Breida put the team on his back and with his MVP season, he put us in position to beat most of the teams we faced.  We hope Breida has another MVP season next season, but we're hoping with the emergence of Ray Childs and Shea "Butter" Patterson, that Breida wont have to carry the load as much.  On defense our LBs Franks and Wilson will be stepping up to assist Desmond King to help to lead our defense.  Our defense was one of the worst in the league last season, but we feel if we can clean up the mistakes and add a couple players in the secondary, we can beat anyone.  We're excited about what the next season brings and we guarantee we will be back in the playoffs again

Vikes recap:
Looking back at this season we see progress, but not enough at certain areas of our game. We maintained a top 3 spot at defense again, now even better than previous seasons. Only 15 pts against per game and least yards against per game too. Looking at the other end of our game, on offense, we are still not managing to make much out of it. Possibly need a new angle and we might be forced to change playbook on offense, since there definately should be enough firepower on offense with Xfactors here and there. Only thing we are missing are the abilities from a RB...

Season started well with three excellent wins, then we manage to start ruining the season for ourselves meeting rivals from our division and manage to loose 4 games in a row in division. Going 1-5 in divison is just 'No bueno'. If we can't win more games in division we have nothing to do in a playoff situation either way.

Our team is getting older, but still young compared to most others and have yet not reached our peak.

Cowboys Haiku Recap:

The ‘Boys were really bad.
Rookie draft will change their luck.
Twenty, Twenty-Three Champs!

The cowboys made many trades for first round picks in hoping that this draft class will boost them to the playoffs in 2023. Even Hollywood had a down year so it was just bad all around.

Packers recap:
It was a season of immense change for the Packers following a stunning Super Bowl defeat in overtime the previous year. That bitter loss led the Pack to ship off a load of players who were staples for GreenBay in our first three seasons.
The Packers traded QB Josh Rosen, defensive captains Cameron Jordan and Demarcus Lawrence, star linebackers Kwon Alexander and Azeem Victor, and #1 wide out Parris Campbell.

The Pack gave up a lot, but acquired, perhaps the best QB in the league – Pat Mahomes. Mahomes helped new starting receivers Rashard Higgins and Henry Ruggs III reach their full potential as superstars which turned the packers into a top 3 offense in the league.

The Packers' D took a step back this season, but there were standouts. Newly aquired DE Solomon Thomas tallied over 20 sacks, while young DT Robert Brewster developed into an Xfactor. The secondary often struggled, especially the corners on the outside. The Pack will look to address it's secondary and perhaps draft a new pass rusher in the upcoming Draft.

The Pack won the NFC North for the 3rd time in 4 seasons and won a playoff game against its rival Bears in the playoffs. However, the Packers were sent home after a poor performance and game plan against the Seahawks in the divisional round.
