Modified buyout system for Preseason 5

You may use your bankrolls to purchase any of the following:

Attribute deals:
Deal 1 - $50 – 4 Progression Points
Deal 2 - $100 – 8 Progression Points OR 1 Trait
Deal 3 - $150 – 12 Progression Points OR 6 Progression Points and 1 Trait
Deal 4 - $200 – 16 Progression Points OR 8 Progression Points and 2 Traits
Deal 5 - $250 - 20 Progression Points OR 12 Progression points and 2 traits
Deal 6- $300 - 24 Progression Points OR 16 Progression Points and 2 Traits

Development deals:

Normal to Star - $150

Star to Superstar - $300

Superstar to X-Factor $400

Limitations
You cannot use this to increase speed, acceleration, agility, strength, or kick power and the use of these points must be within the progression caps

You can only purchase 2 or fewer development boosts per season. Development boosts may only be purchased for players that are under a 90 overall rating (Except when boosting to xfactor).

If a QB is boosted to X-Factor, you must go all-in with your cash.

No single attribute may be increased over 90

No more than 14 progression points per player and no more than 6 per attribute

You cannot use your purchases progression on more than 6 players

You can not use this progression or development buy-outs on the current in-coming rookies. They need to be in the league 1 full year.
