owners get their questions/issues resolved ASAP and also build a database of existing problems and their solutions.

From now on if you ever have an issue that requires help from broom or myself please go to http://daddyleagues.com/support/home and click on "View Existing Tickets". If you can't find an answer to your problem there then create your own case by clicking "Submit A Ticket". Make sure you fill the form out completely to give us everything we need to help resolve your issue. If you need to upload pictures to backup your claim there is a spot to upload images as well.

Once you submit a ticket it will automatically be emailed to Broom and myself for us to review. We will review them and put our heads together for a resolution (If needed) and respond to the ticket ASAP. Turnover time to get an answer shouldn't take any more than 24-48 hrs.

Again we appreciate everyone who has shown the website support and thank you for building up the Daddyleagues Community that we have today. We ask that everyone be mindful of our personal lives (Work... Family... Etc) and be patient in waiting for your response after you submit your ticket. Hopefully this will help eliminate some of the repeat questions and issues and provide a database of possible solutions for your and your leagues.

Note: Support is closed/muted from 10pm est to 9am est each night. You can still submit your tickets and view existing tickets but Daddyleagues Staff will not view it until the support opens up again the next morning.

i need a league resync. i filled out a ticket. what now? how long does it take to resync a lg?

Make sure you have read the forum rules before posting
