Hello member of AGS. This is a message being sent to everyone with some reminders about rules and league expectations as we get our Madden 20 cycle kicked off.

Please, go to this link and join it. If you are unsure of how to do it, please ask. We will be very active on DL in Madden 20.

Next, I wanted to go over some brief rule reminders for everyone. REMINDER: this is NOT all the rules, just a few rules we feel like we need to point out. Please check out the rules page for the entire context:
1. At least 33 percent of all your offensive plays need to be run plays. On defense, you must run at least 25 percent man and 25 percent zone. Mix it up. Play sim.
2. No custom playbooks are allowed.
3. Do not left stick. If you want to make a cut, use the right stick. Do not zig-zag when you run. If the running play is going to the left, you take it to the left unless you juke back into a different hole.
4. You can not go for it on 4th down AT ALL unless down 2 possessions or more in the 4th. This includes 2 pt conversions unless agreed upon by both users. Regarding being down by 1 possession, it's more subjective. Late in the 4th quarter and you're down by one possession, go for it if it makes sense. If there are any questions or problems, feel free to pause the game and DM a commish.
5. You may re-sign 3 players each year, but no more. You can also use your franchise tag. If you re-sign more than three players, you are subject to penalization. Please also reference the rules for the length and amount of money that you can offer in contract negotiations.
6. Check the forums for in-season waivers. If you cannot find this link in the forums, let me know. If you want to sign a FA over 70 overall, you must win him through waivers. Any player on a Practice Squad or under 70 overall is fair game.
7. Scheduling rules: Read the rules for more detail, but you MUST DM a commish with a game time. Additionally, we will not tolerate laziness on scheduling this year.  Being a nuisance to schedule with is now a bootable offense.
8. Check DL constantly. Major announcements will be posted there and announced in chat while we @ everyone. You have two places to find information. There is no excuse to not know something this year, even if you don’t like checking the chat.
9. Check the PA rule. RPOs will count in the PA rule this year. It CAN NOT BE DONE UNDER 2 MINUTES TO GO IN A HALF other than a rare exception as referenced in the rules.
10. You may only use one hot route on offense.
