As a Former commissioner myself I judge a league by the actions of the commissioner.

I am looking for a SIM league, and I’ll most definitely be more strict than most SIM rules as I hold myself to a higher standard.   

I do not want a league with 3-6 commissioners.  That’s crazy, tells me the real commissioner doesn’t have Time to run the league, and you get 20% of the league that does whatever they want.   I can’t stomach weak ass commissioners like I just experienced in another league I won’t mention.
