Both teams agree to this trade. The falcons are getting the MUCH needed speed at HB that they have been searching for since last year. thats what they are getting by receiving mcfadden. even though they are giving up Alford, they are getting Phillip adams who is a very good replacement considering that he is almost as good as alford.

The raiders are looking to gain draft picks. thats is what they are getting in this trade. they are also adding depth to the cb position.
