So this question is being asked a lot right now with the offical launch of Madden 20 right around the corner next friday.
"When can we start our league page /renew our league for Madden 20?"

Daddy Leagues will open up the option to create a new league page subscription or renew an already DL hosted league soon after the Madden Compaion App gets updated to Madden 20 . It should be ready later in the same day that the app gets updated ( unless there are unforeseen issues ). Be sure to follow DaddyLeagues on twitter and Daddyleagues Facebook for the quickest notifications on when its ready .

For Those Renewing a League
This part is a special note to those renewing. Over the past few years numerous people have not noticed this , so im putting this info here for you to help reduce issues.

Some people have been made admins of a league, then the league creator (person who paid for and set up league originally) left the league to one of the admins. When you go to sign up for a new year , there will be an area in Orange that says you can upgrade a league you are an admin of. Please use that option that says Upgrade ( league name ) instead of going to the bottom of the page and clicking Buy Now under the 1 League Hosting Subscription - $33 . See pic below :

Well if its a totally offline , i dont think so as im not sure you have an option in the app to export an offline league . You can do a solo league online and host it here as it would be able to be exported thru the app. You can create an online league and give it a password so no one else could enter it.

If im understanding your question correctly though , i dont think offline leagues can be exported from the app.
