LEAGUE NAME: Ultimate Gridiron League

ABOUT ME: I have run a league every year since Madden 2015 with the exception of Madden 19. I ended up not having time last year due to some personal reasons. Now that its all taken care of, I am looking forward to begin a new league. In the past I ran Every Moment Counts (EMC) and I took over Gridiron Nation (GN) at the beginning of Madden 2018 because the Commish left the league before it began. In addition to that I have also been an Admin in a couple other leagues.

STRUCTURE AND EXPECTATIONS: The league will have a Commissioner, two admins, 1 -2 dedicated recruiters and 2 members on a trade committee. The trade committee will be made up of the commissioner, two admins, and two additional members. This will make up a team of 5 that will vote on all trades to ensure that players are not taken advantage and to uphold the integrity of the team. This is to prevent teams from being left with 0 talent. Teams like this are impossible to recruit for and is for the benefit of the league as a whole. As far as expectations go, I expect everyone to hold themselves accountable for their gameplay, and community involvement while not mandatory is encouraged. I don’t want a dead chatroom, nor do I want a bunch of drama. I am looking for a group of guys that like to talk sports and play Madden.

WHEN WILL THE LEAGUE START: Traditionally, I have started my leagues at the release of the week 1 rosters. With that said I am open to starting before that if A. the majority wants to start sooner and B. the game isn’t terrible at launch. Also, my leagues normally last at least until late spring so be ready to play for several months.
