Off-season attribute buyouts instructions:

Bank Roll Progression Buy-Out Packages
Deal 1 - $50 – 4 Progression Points
Deal 2 - $100 – 8 Progression Points OR 1 Skill
Deal 3 - $150 – 12 Progression Points OR 6 Progression Points and 1 Skill
Deal 4 - $200 – 16 Progression Points OR 8 Progression Points and 2 Skills

Limitations
You cannot use this to increase speed, acceleration, agility, strength, throw power, or kick power and the use of these points must be within the progression caps

No attribute may be increased over 90

No more than 8 progression points per player and no more than 4 per attribute

You cannot use your purchases progression on more than 4 players

You can not use this progression buy-out on the current in-coming rookies. They need to be in the league 1 full year.

If you opt for the skill option, you cannot change the development of a player

You can only buy ONE of these in an off-season
