For this trade, the Giants will be paying the full cap penalties for the players they send & will also pay the full contracts of the players they are receiving (no cap penalty for Eagles, full cap penalty for Giants).

Giants send:
CB Sam Beal (76 OVR, 26 yo, Quick, Eagles owe $1.34m in 2022, $1.77m in 2023)
LG Wayman Waller (71 OVR, 23 yo, Normal, Eagles owe $1.05m in 2022)
3rd round pick

Eagles send:
CB Dilen Divens (82 OVR, 25 yo, Normal, Giants will pay full $1.02m in 2022)
CB Tyre Burns (72 OVR, 22 yo, Normal, Giants will pay entire contract: $440k/$550k/$700k/$910k)
RG Matt Pryor (74 OVR, 27 yo, Normal, Giants will pay entire contract: $2.71m/$3.23m/$3.93m)
4th round pick

Cap math: Giants save a net $2.39m in 2022 & $1.77m in 2023 from sending Beal/Waller and will be taking on $4.17m in 2022, $3.78 in 2023, $4.63 in 2024, $910k in 2025 from Divens/Burns/Pryor, decreasing their cap space from $35.5m to $33.72m in 2022.

The Eagles will shed $4.17m in 2022, $3.78m in 2023, $4.63m in 2024, $910k in 2025 from sending Divens/Burns/Pryor but will be taking on $2.39 in 2022, $1.77m in 2023 from Beal/Waller, increasing their cap space from $700k to $2.48m in 2022 and giving them relief of Pyror’s contract.

TL;DR: Giants will move back from the 3rd to the 4th & take on some contracts to get an upgrade at CB and an upgrade at OG depth. Eagles move up a round and get some breathing room this season by replacing their depth CB/OG with cheaper guys that fit their scheme.
