Offense: HB Bryce Love - 77 overall - 22 years old
In the offseason, Bryce Love called his former teammate, and recently retired, LeSean McCoy to teach how to use his speed and agility in the open field.

"Shady was one of my favorite players to watch since high school. Not only could he outrun everyone, but he could also make defenders look silly in the open field. I was a track star in college so I knew I had the speed, but I never really learned how to use my moves to make guys miss."

The two spent hours every day in the film room studying how to use defenders' pursuit angles against them. "He taught me that different jukes are used for different purposes. I learned how to cut on a dime without losing speed. Most importantly, he taught me how use my eyes at the snap to find the open lanes and make the first guy miss. I'm all about the shifty moves now. Fuck a spin move."

Proposal:
+3 JKM (85 --> 88)
-3 SFA (65 --> 62)

+3 ELU (80 --> 83)
-3 TRK (50 --> 47)

+2 BTK (75 --> 77)
+1 BCV (87 --> 88)
-3 SPM (74 --> 71)

Defense: DT Jewone Fincher - 78 overall - 23 years old
Drafted two seasons ago, Jewone Fincher struggled to see much playing time over the likes of JJ Watt and Jadeveon Clowney, biding his time waiting for his opportunity. That opportunity has finally arrived, thanks to the offseason departure of Watt.

Fincher immediately made strides to improve, spending the entire offseason working out with superstar Cameron Jordan. "In practice and in games, I kept trying to go around blockers and it wasn't working. My first day out on the field with Cam, he told me to stop trying to be fancy. 'Put your head down and go through them,' he said. To be honest, it's a lot more fun this way too."

Jordan also showed Fincher the ropes in run defense, teaching him how to be more aggressive when getting off blocks. "Instead of reading and reacting, I was just reading. Cam taught me how to go after the ball-carrier instead of waiting for them to come to me."

"I don't know why I didn't try this from the beginning. I guess my previous coach didn't really know what he was doing," Fincher concluded.

Proposal:
+3 PMV (81 --> 84)
-3 FMV (69 --> 66)

+3 BSH (79 --> 82)
-3 HPW (82 --> 79)

+3 PUR (78 --> 81)
-3 PRC (76 --> 73)
