Texans send:
MLB Cunningham (25, 81 OVR, Quick dev, 1yr left on contract)

Steelers send:
C Pouncey (31, 78 OVR, Quick Dev)
4th round pick

Steelers will take on $2M of Pouncey's 2020 contract ($4.37M in total)
Remainder of 2020 contract will go to Texans as well as the full contract of Pouncey for his remaining deal
This allows Texans to stay within cap for 2020, and then will take on full contract including bonus for 2021 and on

Steelers gain a serviceable MLB on a 1 yr deal, texans gain a high 4th round pick and a serviceable offensive lineman
