Raiders receive - 2019 2nd round (41 overall)

Reject.....1) not proper format 2) who is the Raiders qb going to be? 3) would like Raiders user to play several games before making a huge trade 4) I am guessing there is going to be a huge cap penalty

Without a decent starting QB or a rookie QB, if Raiders user leaves it would be damn near impossible to fill that team. Derek Carr is the face if the Raiders (even though he isn't in the official no trade list). Blowing up a team for a 2nd round pick isn't a good move. That being said I would still reject it if it was a first round pick fir the same reasons.
