Coach MRosado11 has been removed from our league for refusing to accept his unsim gameplay warning and continuously violating the code of conduct of the MOF. Since he started with us, he's always had an attitude and disrespect problem and we've kept him at bay and sort of dealt with it, but this week was the last stand.
Sunday 11.11.18 we received an official complaint and after reviewing the tape Coach Rosado was dropping his QB back 10-15 yards on pass plays without pressure. I privately sent him a direct message, to keep it off main chat and told him that was unsim, and fell under the unsim umbrella mission statement in the MOF rulebook. He then proceeded to call me an asshole. I let that slide, and brought up another rule he broke. He manually brought a safety up to the line, pre snap, and then moved off of him. I told him that is also against the rules. (You cannot move more than 1 player pre-snap) He then told me he didn't want to hear it anymore. Then we found out that he was sending direct messages to the coach who sent in a complaint, telling him "You've made your bed". Harrassing other coaches via DM is a violation of the code of conduct. So the staff sent a written warning, telling him to clean up his unsim gameplay and to fix the code of conduct issues. It was a league official warning, which he then refused to accept. Sending me DM's after i sent the email, coming on main chat saying what he said about drama and the league. So instead of accepting the warnings and moving on, he decided to dwell on it. Us as a staff voted to remove Rosado, but personally i wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and give him the warning instead. His response to that warning is the reason he is being removed. We gave him an ample shot to clean it up and move forward, he decided not to.

Now today, 11.12.18, he's been sending me threatening emails, telling he's going to post things about my league (The MOF). He's been trying to DM me through twitter with two different usernames, trying to send emails to our entire league. This guy is seriously bad news, and now he's telling me he's going to open a new league of his own and just try and take our league down.
