Reports had come out that Keith was challenged by some hotshot freshman to a race, this freshman ran a reported 4.32(hand timed) 40 yard dash in high school. Keith ran a official 4.31 at the combine 4 years ago. A video was later leaked that Keith didn't just win the race but ran a 4.28(hand timed) 40 yard dash. This video made its way to the patriots and they decided to kick the tires on Keith Marshall and gave him a contract.

Denied: this proposal goes against the spirit of the offseason story feature by making elite RB attributes even greater. The offseason story is meant to improve a player in a skill he is subpar in, OR to change a player’s physical attributes to make them comparable to other players at their position or help fit a scheme better.
