Similar to our draft class dev trait swap feature, we will be allowing all owners to choose up to 4 players from their current roster to swap dev traits for. Here are the conditions for the swap:

1. A player 26 or older is not allowed to have their dev trait DECREASED, but can have it increased if so desired.
2. All players involved in the dev trait swap must be within 2 years of each other. For example, if you want to raise a 21-year old to Quick dev, the player going to Normal must be 23 years old or younger.
3. You may not increase a Star dev player to SS dev. Only can do it from Normal —> Quick or Quick —> Star
4. You may not decrease the dev trait of a punter or kicker to use on a position player.
5. If a player has Star dev, you may not “double dip” by giving two different players a dev trait bump. Must be a direct swap between one player and another.
6. This is a one time event. This will not be possible after this for veteran players and will be strictly for draft classes.
7. Please comment on this post with your desired swap(s). If it’s within the limitations provided then it will be allowed.
