NoJo  Sports is an active sim community/league(s) that have been around since Madden 10. This will be our 10th Madden in operation. We are currently running on XB1 for Madden 19. We recruit dedicated, mature  members that appreciate a simulation play style.

We are currently offering two leagues, the first main staple is our 32 user fantasy drafted league. Our secondary league is regular rosters. We don't allow dual league enrollment without special permission. In both leagues they are sim play-style and we advance every 3.5 days unless all games are already completed. We do accelerate that schedule at the end of the season. 
             
For the fantasy drafted league, draft attendance is required. We expect to start it as a rolling draft around August 11th and pick as people are able. The full draft would go live August 18th. Except to be there at least 6 hours on the 18th.

Some final notes of  interest on the league: We highly utilize the GroupMe application for communication and is required to be in the league.

We typically run our own off-season and free agency system, where in season free  agency pick ups are done via the waiver system. Off-season free agents is typically done in an auction format and is very festive. Each team would have a pool of money that they can grow during the season by being active ias well as placing  friendly wagers on games.

The league  maintains a trade committee which can be called upon to rule on  "questionable" looking trades to ensure that no team is being ripped  off.

The league is very welcoming of new  members and helpful to those still learning the ropes or wishing to  become better players. You do not need to be an all-star to have fun in  this league.
