The Cleveland Browns and Dallas Cowboys have reached an agreement for a trade.  After a disappointing loss in the playoffs, the Browns need to get better.  They are wanting to get younger and build through the draft.  That has been their strategy all year, and continues.  The Cowboys are making great strides and are in a win now mentality.

1st round pick ( low-mid 20's ovr)
