[Ravens] ([$53.6 Million cap room, projected to be $48.2 Million following conclusion of a pending trade]) send:

[74 OVR] [WR] [Breshad Perriman]
[23], [Normal DEV]
[$7.6 Million total] / [4 Years] (in 3 year), [$1.82 Million and $2.14 Million]
[$2 Million]
[95 speed, 70 route running, 78 catch, 92 acceleration, 74 catch in traffic, 88 spectacular catch, 87 jump, 68 awareness, 80 release, 89 agility, 82 elusiveness, 89 juke move, 76 injury, 85 stamina, 74 toughness]

[Cardinals] [$48.2 Million] send:

[92 OVR] [WR] [Larry Fitzgerald]
[34], [Normal DEV]
[$18 Million] / [2 Years] (in year 2), [$9.19 Million cap hit]
[$7 Million cap penalty]

[Ravens are looking to contend for a championship this season and cannot afford to rely on Breshad Perriman's health nor can it afford to spend resources developing Perriman to get him where he needs to be. Ravens need to get as much as possible for a first round bust while his value is still relatively high. Ravens want to get back to the tried and true formula of bringing in grizzled veteran receivers to complement the younger speed options on the other side, instead of relying on all three receivers being speedsters. Cardinals get to move on from their very old receiver who is more of a TE these days, and get a young speedster with the potential to be a star, if developed properly. ]

I'm dropping the Fitz trade as it is clear that it will not pass.
