whos got openings for a sim style league?

hello

I'm looking to find a league that wants to advance every three days and if people can't play it's on them. But I want people who will play when they can as well in case we can get through a few weeks in a short time. Start at all pro mode then after week eight make some gameplay adjustments, be the owner or coach. Limited to seven trades per team per year going from draft to draft excluding trades made during draft.......you can increase two player under twenty fives development one level. Using real life roster as I believe that will have injuries. 10 minute wars but you can play key moment mode, mainly so stays look normal.
