This phil guy a con artist i wouldnt hire him. Dude charges $50 for below average work and takes weeks to do even the easiest coding. If u dont believe me i saved all communication from this guy

LOL .. guys the site limited the CSS coding you can do. If you edit it too much importing and functions the site provides may have issues. The biggest edits are images, GIFS, Banners, Tab Icons, and maybe some reformating.
