Hi... I renewed DL for our league. I was able to get the initial sync... looks like the standings and season's stats are all updated. 4 games that were played for the week were also updated. After 2 more games were played, I wanted to SYNC the league on DaddyLeagues. I used to be able to go to "Front Office" and go to the "Sync" tab and hit a button. Now it is not there. It only says that... "Use the URL below to enter it into the Madden Companion App." Please help! |

From what I can tell whenever we want to update our leagues we must hop into the crappy EA companion app and export the info from there. From there we need to go into our leagues admin and clear the cache. There's still a lot of bugs though. I have a long list of non-existent injuries on DL. Transactions aren't showing up. Scores updating seem to be a roll of the dice. |

Yea, the companion app is awful. When I go into it, and go into the league that I am the commissioner of, and I go to the "SIM A WIN" option on the bottom... it brings up the weekly schedule. While it says up on top that it is Week 15 (which is what week we are in) the schedule is for like Week 13 or something. I have tried to export the info... I tried all combinations of clicking and unblocking on the "League Info" or "Rosters" or "Weekly Stats"... I did "All Weeks" and I did for only the week we are in currently... and nothing. I guess it still a work in progress. |

90% of the time I try to get into the Companion App I get error messages. "A persona needs to be linked" "there was a problem applying your preferences" |

I am getting critical error on the app and this renders this website unusable. If the app doesnt work, daddyleague doesnt work, yet I have paid for a service I am not getting. |

You have to un-install the app and re-install it. |
