-This template is needed because so far this season, we've had almost NO trade proposals posted with all relevant information. It's hard to vote on a trade when we have no idea what the financials, development, or ratings are for these players. Trade mods should not have to boot up their games just to look up all this info to make an educated vote. This template is similar to one we used to use that worked very well. Trades will get no votes until all this info is included. Thank you for adhering to it.

-The trade partner who did not post the trade MUST either agree to the trade as a post, or PM/text a trade mod to accept on your behalf.

-We have 5 trade mods: Todd, Merlin, Gordon, Tibbs, and Cobbs. You need THREE approvals to follow through with the trade. You can PM or text them with questions or advice, but please DO NOT notify them to vote on trades, unless it's the next day and there's no votes. They probably already know about the trade and usually get it done within 24 hours. There might even be a discussion in our private channel. Trades will not often get voted thru in 30 minutes on a work day, please understand. We will do our best to be quicker during important off-season periods.

-First round rookies are not to be traded during their first seasons in the league. Rookie trading rules may change or be added as we see fit. This is still in discussion.

-I would advise that you DO NOT send it in game until it is approved because if you need to add something, it can make things tricky in-game and might make you have to wait until next advance to send it again. Trades in-game are very finicky for whatever reason.

-Also, please note that trades DO NOT go thru in-game if one team has played their game that week, and the other hasn't. It is best to attempt a trade when either both or neither team has played his game that week. If a trade doesn't go through, try getting the other person to send it. If nothing works, you will have to wait until next advance and attempt it before your games are played.

-Please try to keep comments about trades and votes to a minimum in Slack chat. It rarely helps anything. We've barely started the season and have already had a lot of complaining/arguing. PM a trade mod with any issues that need a second look.

-The mods will do our best to be fair, and let teams build their teams as they like. But we are here to keep lopsided trades to a minimum, and prevent teams from getting into serious cap trouble. If an owner quits, it is hard to fill a team that has been damaged by bad trades.
