You CAN, you choose not to, bc it will ruin your money grab. I figured it out and have someone working on it. Our point though, however easy if you can pull demo stats, you should be doing the footwork to allow us to set up the same way. If not, I hope the annual fee this year is reduced, as it appears we won't be getting Daddyleagues until Octoberish.

I hate to make assumptions & im just as interested in daddyleagues launching as the next guy. But clearly the holdup is on EA's side. And I never looked at it as a money grab. It honestly looks like he's been given some level of behind the scenes access from EA to test run it on daddyleagues. The app hasn't officially launched so it makes sense that he has to keep the details from going public.

Also, with the app being new, wouldn't you expect him to test run it to figure out what he can & can NOT do with it before he starts promoting it? Like the guy above said, be patient and allow him some time.

Has 0 to do with patience, and you are both misguided. You are missing the point....

HE CAN PULL THE STATS. He is doing so on the demo.  Why can't he just offer manual setup for now like he did with the demo page?

Also.. Yes, a money grab. Do you honestly think he doesn't profit off of this? You'd be very foolish to think not.

Regardless, if we are getting basically close to 2 months less of service for m17, price should be reduced. This is how the world works. I can't see any argument there, especially if it's not a "money grab". Lol.

Read the above posts for your answer... he probably and i assume 100% under NDA to setup DL for us using access to EA so when the app drops we can work on it like day 1 and go and not wait 2 weeks for him to then configure DL to work with the app.

Hmmm I agree with some of what you said. But, I don't get what you mean "..however easy if you can pull demo stats, you should be doing the footwork to allow us to set up the same way." I don't think you understand how it works. He was able to pull those stats based on new code he saw in the current pipeline from EA. But, that was it, that is all he could pull nothing more, nothing less. The footwork is done, there's nothing else he can do at this point and there is no point in allowing any of us to create a league with those limited "stats", it's actually attributes.

It sucks, trust me I'm frustrated AF! I've used daddyleagues as a tool for my own site and thanks to EA I had to come up with a different solution, which is gonna take a lot of work until and IF Daddyleagues can pull the stats based on what the app will do.

One last thing, for "Papi";  can you sync this - http://daddyleagues.com/maddenrating to pull the latest attributes?

And think logically, ok he can pull THOSE stats and actually it's not stats, it's player attributes, ok so then what about game results, standings, injuries, the list goes on and on...those things are NOT pushing into the current pipeline!! If they were he wouldn't be waiting for EA to publish the app.  Lastly you said "Regardless, if we are getting basically close to 2 months less of service for m17, price should be reduced."? No, it shouldn't. You're looking at it as if the cost of the service is for a specific period of time. IT IS NOT FOR A SPECIFIC PERIOD OF TIME, it is a fee for the services itself , to cover the cost of the servers, domain and yes to also make a profit, that is how the world works.

I'm not bitching... I'm just playing devil's advocate here. Also, no guarantees, but I can say by m18 Daddyleagues won't be the only one scraping for Madden stats (hint hint), so doubling would be ridiculous. Also, you are paying for a set period of time. It says it when you buy it. Anyway, I'm over this convo.

I just want to say I DO appreciate the service, I just know there are a handful of ways to improve, ESPECIALLY on the communication front.

Anyway, I'm off this. Lol

I agree.  The man is trying to fix it and the game has only been out for 2 weeks. Each sports is the one causing the issues not him.
He even offered people refunds.  So get off his back and have some respect for the guy. It will get done.

From what I have gathered on the app from EA, it will be very limited for most of this years madden, which most likely means all of M17. For future maddens, we will be able to do the same things we have done before by signing and trading players, as well as advancing the league. EA didn't have this ready to go and even on the APP we will only be able to see stats and such from what I was told. This has nothing to do with Papi trying to scam someone. I am happy that EA is working with him. If EA were smart, they would hire Papi to create EA's web portal for online leagues.

A MONEY GRAB and a SCAM are too different things, genius. No one ever said he was scamming. lmao. Stop being so brainwashed. It won't get you a free package for m17. lol
