We need 5 new owners to fill some openings for our Madden 17 league. We use our Daddylgs forum and the groupme chat app for game scheduling.

We haven't selected teams yet. Everyone gets a chance to get the team they want. The way it works is everyone puts in their pick for teams. For teams that are wanted by more than 1 owner we hold a random drawing out of those owners to determine who gets the team. If only 1 person requests a team they get that team. The remaining teams are then drafted in order of seniority (those who have been in the league longer get a higher pick). This method has seemed to work well in the past giving both new and old owners a chance to have the team they want.

Groupme use is required and prefer people who are active, like to trade, and like to be an active participant in the chat.
