New Trade Rule
1st round picks can no longer be traded until after the season and the picks #'s are set
this means no trading 1sts during the season and no trading future 1sts
all other picks are free to be traded whenever still

also, we will be going back to the rule that players on a 1 yr contract cannot be traded

Team Draft Info:
- Order within tiers will be decided by random hat draw
Donations: All money used to fund lg prizes
- move 1 tier = $25
- move 2 tier = $50
- move 3 tier = $75
- etc.....

all donations are non-refundable and you can still be booted from lg in the future for rule violations, etc...
