I have been in a arguement in my league about same plays different formations ex : would inside zone out of trips y flex tight and inside zone out of y trips hb wk be considered same play different formations? Im trying to get opinions because in my league i dont allow it i want users to run different plays n switch up play calling. PLEASE LET ME KNOW FELLAS!!!

Nope same concept out of a different formation, is essential the same play. We don't allow it in our league.

I agree with you.  This is the same reason we banned custom play ooks because certain guys would load up with every HB screen in every formation and made the same arguments.  A few guys left and those that stayed understand why we don't allow custom playbooks. 

Sounds like you are in a league divided and you are going to have to shake things up or shake things out.

Of course this is the same plays.. If you run a sweep out of single-back, A  sweep out of i formation and a sweep out of shotgun y trips it's still a sweep. The rule isn't switch up formations the rule is switch up PLAYS. This is the distinction
