1. Don’t forget, we advance twice per week, on Sundays @ 5PM EST and again on Wednesday nights @ 11:59 pm.

2. On the day of advancement, please provide your new opponent with a projected window of availability for each day until the next advancement. This is a matter of courtesy.

NOTE- If you don't know your exact schedule, just give an estimate and inform your opponent that your availability is tentative.

EXAMPLE:
Sunday: 8pm-11pm EST
Monday: 6pm-10pm EST
Tuesday: 7pm-12am EST
Wednesday: 6pm-10pm EST

3. I encourage that all of our members use an ethernet connection for stability. Wifi connections are not usually stable enough to eliminate lag or prevent disconnections. Any members who prove to have unreliable connections will be asked to switch to an ethernet connection. If the problem persists, We will be forced to remove that user from our league.

4. If your opponent fails to comply with a rule, please pause the game and attempt to inform them. It could be that they have simply forgotten or they may not be fully familiar with our rules yet.

NOTE- Use a headset and speak with them. A text may take too long and the game may resume before you're finished typing.

5. To take screenshots, press and hold the ‘Share’ button and a screenshot will be taken.

NOTE- To send a screenshot via text message on the PS4, create a message and attach the image to the message by clicking the paper clip icon at the bottom left, next to where you type your text.

NOTE- To access your screenshots, go to the PS4's main hub and find the 'Capture Gallery.' From there you can locate all of your screenshots. You can name them by pressing the 'Options' button when highlighting an individual screenshot, or also delete them by pressing the 'Options' button when highlighting an individual screenshot.

NOTE- You can also take a picture of your screen with your cell phone if you prefer that instead.

6. To record gameplay, double-click the 'Share' button. The PS4 will record one 15-minute clip at a time. The PS4 will notify you as each 15-minute clip ends. At that point, you can double-click the 'Share' button again to begin another clip. To record an entire game, you'll have to double-click the 'Share' button after each 15-minute clip ends until the game is finished.

NOTE- If you double-click the 'Share' button to begin a new clip before your current clip has ended, you will overwrite your current clip.

NOTE- If you are unsure whether your 15-minute clip has ended or not, simply click the 'Share' button to open the Share Menu and wait a second or two, then press the 'Square' button to save the current clip. After that point you can press the 'Circle' button to exit the menu and return to gameplay where you can begin recording another clip.

NOTE- Recording your games makes capturing crucial screenshots much simpler. Once you have a recording, you can fast forward to the time of the violation, pause and capture as many screenshots as necessary in order to prove that a violation occurred.

NOTE- To access your recordings, go to the PS4's main hub and find the 'Capture Gallery.' From there you can locate all of your recordings. You can name them by pressing the 'Options' button when highlighting an individual recording, or also delete them by pressing the 'Options' button when highlighting an individual recording.

7. Occasionally, our members like to broadcast their games so that their friends and our league members can watch. If you wish to broadcast your games, click the ‘Share’ button and then click ‘Broadcast gameplay’ while a game is running. From there, you can choose YouTube.

We will make all users a manger of our YouTube page. Send a commissioner your email address and then we will add you to our page. You can then check your email and accept the invitation. From there you will go to the toolbox on the main screen of your PlayStation. Go to broadcast and stream settings. Go to YouTube. It will have you login through the browser under the email you provided. When you sign in choose LXG and confirm. The next time you go to broadcast a game you will have to accept terms and conditions of YouTube.

Next time you click share it will work and broadcast with a 30 second delay on YouTube.

This time it will allow you to adjust your settings, give the broadcast a name, and broadcast the game.

NOTE- A commissioner will have to make you a manager of the YouTube LXG brand page so that you can broadcast on he YouTube channel.

8. Please send all league members friend requests. This makes it easier to connect with each other.

9. If you cannot play your opponent in a given week for ANY reason, please put yourself on autopilot so that your opponent can play the game. If you are unable to do so, please ask me and I can do it for you.

10. To put yourself on or take yourself off of autopilot, go to 'settings.' Next click 'user teams.' Next find your PSN ID and click it. Then click 'toggle autopilot.’

11. Remember, this is just like a regular franchise mode. You’ll play through the season, then it's playoffs and Super Bowl followed by the offseason. This means you’ll go through the free agency period and you'll also scout for the draft, which takes place at the end of the offseason. In addition, you will re-sign players, cut players, and handle ALL roster changes, including setting your depth chart, acquiring free agents, and so on.

NOTE- Your player's overall ratings will change depending on how you have your individual position scheme settings configured. If you go to the 'Manage' tab and select 'My Coach' and then 'Schemes,' you can scroll through from left to right to adjust each individual position scheme setting for offense, defense and special teams. Your players overalls will weigh more towards the settings you choose.

12. If any veteran members (2 Years in the league) know of a fair and good player who would like to join our league, please have them contact a commissioner directly or give a commissioner their PSN ID so a commissioner can contact them. A commissioner will play them in an unranked head-to-head game to determine if they would be a good fit for our league, provided we have any available teams.

13. We encourage you all to trade phone numbers. However, if you do not wish to give out your phone number, you should use the PlayStation App, Facebook Messenger, and/or GroupMe app.

NOTE- You can set it up to send alerts to your phone and other devices.

NOTE- Outside of iPhones and Androids, I do not know which, if any, devices have access to the PlayStation App, Facebook Messenger or GroupMe.
