Have a 99 rated team and just lost in NFC Championship game so they have a late draft pick but the team is very good already.

We use groupme to communicate and 48 hour advances but this is a very active league so most of the time we advance earlier. We won't advance before 48 hours though if someone hasn't been able to play their game yet.
