Reason: Patriots are desperate at WR and are looking to part away with some key pieces in order to turn around an 0-2 start. Patriots are willing to part way with their starting DT in order to provide rookie QB Reeves some hel in the passing game. The Steelers are actually deep at the receiver position in comparison to many other spots on the team and are looking to shore up their D-Line and gain a starting-caliber QB in order to be competitive at the QB spot, while picking up a first rounder to use in the secondary in the draft.

Stafford is a major improvement for Steelers, Parker is a stud DT and Steelers gets a 1st to improve their team in the offseason. Bryant will need to be resigned to a major contract as well. Helps both teams out and makes them better.

2-1...I usually sympathize with trades that are for the better of both teams but I feel the value returned to the Pats doesn't match what he's giving up.  Martavis is a stud but Steelers is essentially getting 2 firsts out of this with that DT being young and Star dev.
