Saints are taking on Dennard's 17m cap hit this season and also Bernadaeu's 12m cap hit. The saints are sending over a better CB in Breaux and a massive upgrade in Boling. The Bucs are sending over WR Gresham who has the potential to be a top 10 WR along with a 2nd round pick and will be recieiving the saints 1st along with CB Swann to help with depth in their secondary.

The Bucs are gaining 25m cap space which allows them to resign Jameis Winston along with upgrading their OL and CB and getting a 1st round pick for their stud WR and a 2nd round pick.
