Packers Reason: Shields is a highly decorated veteran, however he is in the midst of a new contract negotiation impasse and with him being potentially replaced with younger options is looking to possibly start somewhere else. The Packers who are in the midst of contract talks with Qb Aaron Rodgers would be saving over $8 M by cutting ties with Shields, and by that same token will be saving an additional  $4.5M by moving Bryan Bulaga and replacing him with a younger option at RT.

Bucs areally in desperate need of lineman.
