2016 4th Round Draft Pick

Falcons send:
QB - Matt Ryan
OVR - 86
Salary: $15.41 / Penalty: $13.98 (frees up nearly $2 on this season's cap, has over $40 in cap space)

The Falcons get to unload an aging, declining QB in favor of a premiere athlete in his prime, while the 49ers get a Super Bowl winning QB to hold down the starting position while they seek the long term answer via draft or free agency.
