I run a Owner Sim league. We advance every 24 hours, which keeps all the players invested/ interest. We have a set of rules that allows you to play the game the way you want but keep it Sim. We have several commissioners to take care of any problem that arises. Almost every team is open so hurry and claim your team. Our leagues usually run from 4-7 years long, which gives ever owner a chance to build their team in to Championship team. We use GroupMe to communicate and schedule games.
