Bears looking to get younger, more dependable QB to replace Cutler.  Jarvis Landry and Parker are to complete a WR set that may lose Jeffrey to FA at end of season.  Parker matches play style of Bears.  Willing to give picks because Tannehill alone commands 1st rd pick as franchise qb.

Denied. Bears are not giving up enough. Parker and White almost match up so basically the rest of the trade doesn't add up. If its a 1st this year I'll approve. Parker is also a 76 ovr. not 86,
