Some suggestions here for the current season and season 3 off-season/pre-season... Some of these might not be good with other commissioners, but just some suggestions. Trying to make the league more enjoyable, not just in game, but also during our off-season. It's always good and more enjoyable when things go smoothly.

- Lower the waiver signings from 4 weeks to 2 weeks. Once you get passed week 2 of waivers there really isn't anything out there.

- Remove the one signing a week rule during the season. 95% of these guys left in free agency are bums. Having a restriction like this could turn off newer members and it makes things more chaotic for the commissioners.

- Better ourselves on advancing on time and scheduling games before the deadline. I'm fine with waiting a half an hour past the 10pm time if guys can only play at that time. It is the waiting for Ace to advance that then becomes the issue. Everyone has different schedules, family, work, etc... I am usually always available after 10:30pm and can advance if Ace is unavailable or unresponsive in GroupMe.

- Making sure newer members understand the rules completely. Asking if they have any questions. Asking them questions to make sure they know what to do in situations.

- Removing suspensions for players and putting the suspension on the user. All games should be twitched for CPU games so that commissioners can monitor how you are playing and spreading the ball around. If you're blowing out an opponent then you bench your starters, just like in real games. If you users don't choose to follow this then they receive a warning followed with a one game suspension if it happens again. Or possibly just a suspension with no warning.

I agree, 2 weeks of waivers please.

Top 2 fas per week, though.  We still need to make sure there are no cut/resigns.

Ed Vance - commishes to assign Ed to someone each week.

Very strong chance of this happening

Unlikely to happen, keeps front office activity balanced during the season

Working on this now. Mainly is on me taking a nap during delays. I can fix this without drastic measures.

Some people claim that twitch doesn't work for them (bogus). This would take a lot of run around and checking up on our end of 32 twitch channels, week in week out. More hassle ans less enjoyment, and less trust = lame sauce
