The white flag rule is were if your getting killed in the 4 quarter and dont fell like playing no-more just text who your playing saying I wave the white flag which means both teams put on check clock and run the clock.NO MORE PASSING THE BALL FOR BOTH TEAMS!!!Also it means your concede defect.

THIS WILL HELP SO THERE IS NO MORE BLOW OUT DEFECTS!!

OK so I get the idea. But limiting it to the 4th quarter could just go for the 2nd half of the game. Using the groupMe chat tagging the opponent so we all can see it.  Something like: fireprime/Browns  @pskiller/Ravens: "I wave the white flag." Any scores can only be field goals, this goes for the losing team as well. No more passing. Chew  clock is mandatory and only goal line formation runs or qb kneels.

But I really like the idea just needs some fine tuning
