Add Marc509 if you can abide by these rules

The Madden Code
Welcome to the Madden 2016 Franchise. If anyone has any questions about these rules please ask Marc, Jon, or Will. Good luck everyone.
Trades & Draft Picks
1.    3 user to CPU  trades in year 1
2.    After each season we lose 1 trade so in year two there will be 2 trades user to CPU trades and so on
3.    Unlimited user to user trades
4.    Any trade to a computer team involving a player rated 90 overall or above must include a player from the user team 90 overall or higher
5.    Players rated 95 overall or higher are off limits and cannot be traded for
6.    1st Round Rookies are off limits and cannot be traded for, unless it is a user to user trade
7.    Each player may use draft picks in trade but must always keep at least ONE selection in the top four rounds of both current season and next season draft
8.    Must carry 4 draft picks from both years AT ALL TIMES
9.    Can only carry ONE first round pick whether it is yours or another teams you trade up for and a maximum of 2 per round for rounds 2-7
10.    Trading for a CPU teams 1st round draft pick must be completed at the beginning of the season
11.    No cutting a player and then resigning him in order to reduce his cap hit.
Roster Size
•    You must adhere to having a full roster at all times
•    Must have a backup for every position
Free Agency (At Beginning of Franchise)
•    We will sign 1 free agent at the beginning of the franchise (if the user wants to) one at a time in a reverse draft order until everyone has gotten a turn then it is first come first serve
•    The player that is signed is not allowed to be traded in year 1, can be traded in future years
In Game Rules
•    There will be a 2 day time frame to play your game once advanced, the Commissioner will advance to next week 48 hours from the last advanced unless notified as to why your game hasn’t been played (like trying to schedule a user vs. user game, etc.)
•    Always hit “Ready To Advance” when your finished playing your game so the league can advance automatically once the last one is hit ( if you forget and cannot log-in to do it, you can download the madden app to do it as well)
•    No restarting or quitting games, if caught your game will be simmed with injuries on (If it becomes a problem you will be removed from the franchise)
•    No running up the score and padding the stats against CPU teams (Not a real rule, just frowned upon. But if it becomes a problem we will adjust accordingly). Just keep the integrity of the game in check no one wants to see 100+ sacks with one player or 40 tds with OBJ, rushing record being broke every season, etc. Try and keep the scores and stats relatively realistic please and thank you!
•    No abusing in game glitches (SACKS, Force Feeding players, 4 Verts throwing it to the TE over and over,  any new glitches that we come across in the new game)
Financial Tips for Owner Mode
•    Going broke means  you have to stay as that team and work it out or quit the league, no switching teams
•    Tips: don’t trade huge contracts if you can’t manage the repercussions
•    When resigning a player watch out for the money you give that player
o    The signing Bonus comes from team funds so if you do not have the funds do not give large bonus
o    Set your prices for everything (tickets, concessions, tickets)
o    Big market teams make huge funds, smaller market teams don’t make a lot so be careful!
•    If you are completely salary cap strapped and clueless on what to do talk to Will he is the leagues financial advisor
Last and final rule:
No complaining about the rules!
