To start the MFL 2016 League, we will begin with a 2 round free agent snake draft.
The order of this snake draft was determined by the draft order after our lone Madden 15 MFL season.

Once the league has started, NOBODY is to SIGN ANY FREE AGENTS!

EACH TEAM WILL HAVE A 2 min TIMER, ONCE THE TIME IS UP YOU WILL BE SKIPPED

Also, The players that you select in the free Agent Draft CAN NOT be TRADED for 1 season!

Once after the A round of the Free agent draft has commenced, then the Free Agent Signings Rule applies.
2 free agent signings per week, but only in Preseason Week 1 & the Regular Season.

Feel free to play your preseason week 1 game, but make sure your roster is cut down to 53 Men.

Once we get to Preseason week 1 we will Give 24hrs to cut down to 53 Players

Once we advance thru preseason Week 1, we will be doing 7min advances through preseason weeks 2-4
ONLY FOR GAMEPREPPING.
NO TEAM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WILL BE ALLOWED TO SIGN ANY FREE AGENTS.
A 1 game AP suspension will be applied to those that do not follow these Preseason RULES!

Once we get to Week 1 the Regular Free Agent Signings Rule Applies.

Also Any year going forward will only have a 1 round free agent draft.
2 Rounds of the free agent Draft is only for the start of the MFL 2016 League
